Gregory is an experienced psychologist for over 24 years. His passion is to assist people with meaningful and life changing therapy, using a variety of recognised psychological methods to help people, in an individual manner. People often ask about therapy; What is it? How it can help? Is it right for me? This is an explanation that Gregory uses to aid in understanding the role of a psychologist.
Therapy is a treatment plan to help you re frame and heal any significant life issues or trauma that you may have. Gregory uses a trauma informed approach. He aims to work together with you by

2. Helping understand what choices are available to you.
3. Helping identify gaps in your toolbox and help you to develop more tools.
Gregory has significant experience in assisting many people navigate personal, professional, and mental health challenges. He established his own psychology practice in Wodonga in 2001. He is a trained Mediator and has facilitated individuals, groups and organisations to resolve conflict and establish improved communication styles. He also has industry wide experience in farm family succession.
